Who is Teena?

Teena Raffa-Mulligan writes quirky and whimsical children's books, fun, flirty, romances and contemporary women's fiction. She is the author of more than 20 books full of heart, gentle humour and hope for young readers, and her short fiction and poetry for children and adults has appeared in anthologies and magazines.
