How does death deal with reapers who are wild and untamed?

Death does not share it's methods of judicial control.

Can you imbue the void bleed with magic so it is a usable material or do the reapers destroy it?

When the void bleed has expanded beyond it's intended boundaries, the universe absorbs the content back into it's fabric. Should a reaper notice an excessive amount of bleed it is part of their duty to manage it's absorption.

Are the Gifted Immortal?

The gifted are a hybrid species that bred with humans from this world. They have the same limitations as every human has, although, they have additional protections inherent from their blended genetics.
