Creative Quest Map

When you start a project sometimes it seems like there are so many moving parts that you have to start putting in the right order. I know for the Otherworldly Emergence series there have been many aspects that I had to pull into order for it to make sense. Every creative project deserves a moment of your time to put together a general plan and that is where the quest map comes in.

Everyone has a different approach toward creative project management or Creative quest maps as we like to call them. It will depend on your previous experience, what your specific goals are for this project and where you are in your career. Every project is unique. That is why we have a Keeper of the quill that is here to listen to your ideas and help write it down in an easy to understand process.

We have several people in the keeper of the quill position at bushland castle productions, and you will be aligned to the person who best suits your creative project.

What is covered in the creative pathfinding session -

  1. Creators Vision (begin with the end in mind)

  2. Starting Point (take stock of where you are now)

  3. The Destination (what is the desired outcome)

  4. The Landscape (what environment surrounds the project)

  5. Obstacles and challenges (what do we need to overcome)

  6. Allies and resources (support structures you already have)

  7. Milestones of the Quest (The roadmap)

  8. The next three steps (Immediate actions)

  9. The Keepers Guidance.

The keeper wants you to walk out of the meeting with a clarity, direction and momentum. They want to support and encourage you on your journey.

Whether you are developing a story, launching a podcast, exploring artistic work, or shaping another creative idea, the goal is the same:

to transform uncertainty into a clear and achievable path forward.

Because every creator deserves a map for the journey their ideas are meant to take.
