Chintan & Priya
Chintan Parekh is an author, screenwriter, and emerging filmmaker whose work is defined by emotional depth and creative authenticity. With a passion for storytelling that bridges cultures and perspectives, he creates narratives that connect and uplift. Chintan’s journey spans living in three countries and five cities, shaping a worldview enriched by diverse people and experiences. He studied civil engineering in India, earned his commercial pilot training in New Zealand, and developed his Film-making and Project management expertise in Australia—where he also rediscovered his love for storytelling. This led to the founding of Shuttermode, a creative content platform dedicated to short films, creative videos and storytelling in all forms. His distinctive approach to travel and immersive living has allowed him to gather real-life experiences that bring nuance and humanity to his writing.
Priya is an Aviation professional and a co-writer/creative collaborator whose storytelling is shaped by a life lived in motion—across skies, continents, and cultures. After earning her Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in India, she transitioned her career to aviation, working professionally in India before continuing in Australia following her migration in 2018. With a background in the aviation industry and a personal passion for photography and nature, she brings a distinctive perspective to narrative development, blending visual sensitivity with emotional depth. Her creative journey took flight through her partner Chintan's interest in filmmaking and creative writing. Their conversations about imaginative concepts rekindled her childhood love for poetry.
What began as shared ideas soon evolved into a collaborative writing practice, where Priya contributes character insight, thematic nuance, developmental editing, and lyrical clarity. Her global experiences, love for travelling, hiking, and intuitive connection to the natural world add texture to the stories she helps bring to life. Together, Chintan and Priya form a creative partnership that reflects the harmony of Yin and Yang—Chintan leads with bold concepts and inventive storytelling. At the same time, Priya brings balance through her thoughtful refinement of character, structure, and tone. Their collaborative writing process is both dynamic and grounded, blending imagination with insight. This synergy has culminated in their debut novel, 'Death; a semicolon of Life,' which aims to reflect their rich tapestry of experience and to offer readers a voice that is both fresh and deeply resonant, with an impact that lingers beyond the final page.

Two bodies died; only one was resurrected. But this was no miracle—it was a recruitment. Now, as a cosmic mission overrides earthly justice, the line between salvation and destruction blurs.
Rene didn't just wake up; he was reborn. This awakening wasn't a simple return to consciousness, but a profound, disorienting experience. The sensations he felt were strangely familiar—a faint, persistent echo of self-resonating deep within his new being—but the faces staring down at him in the sterile room were utterly strange, completely unknown. A chilling ache of memory, sharp and unwelcome, immediately replaced the blank slate of his supposed new life.
His pursuit of the self he lost is not merely a quest for identity, but a terrifying journey into the unknown, one that swiftly begins leading him toward some truly extraordinary revelations. As the haunting fragments of a past he shouldn't remember begin to surface, shattering his peace, he slowly realises that the truth of his identity lies not in the physical world but in a dimension the mortal world cannot comprehend.
This ultimate realisation forces him to step beyond the fragile shell of the human mind and immerse himself in a realm where otherworldly energies and cosmic, unseen forces dictate the story of reality itself.
