Speculative Fiction Series 1 -
Otherworldly Emergence

Scheduled Release August 2026

12 Authors collaborated in an exploration of otherworldly elements that could no longer remain in the shadows (by accident or necessity). The inaugural series reflects on the emotional, societal and fantastical consequences of this revelation. Each Novella tells a unique story set during this critical period of emergence offering readers different perspectives and setting while connecting to a shared theme.

Speculative Fiction Series 2 -
Otherworldly Origins

Submissions open on July 6, 2026

This second series will welcome 16 authors that can capture the dawning of an otherworldly element into our reality. The expansive scope within speculative fiction will allow for a number of unique storytelling perspectives that will enter the inner sanctum of otherworldly origins. You will peek inside the room where it happened. The birth or creation that changed what we consider to be normal in this realm.

Memoir & Creative Non-Fiction Series
Australia: Living in the 70s

Long term project

Currently open to to submission from people between that ages of 60-85 years old that lived in Australia in the 70s. This will paint a realistic picture of the decade that defined a generation. These are stories of memory, culture, and identity told through the voices of everyday Australians.

Feeling the love today. My youngest and my Mother came to town to celebrate this beautiful day. My older two were commited outside of our small home town but still took the time to call. We had an beautiful brunch at the local cafe and it was amazing. Endless tea and a delectible selection of treats.

When Olivia submitted her application for the Otherworldly Emergence series she was straight to the point and admittedly doubtful that her application would be successful. She just wanted to give it one last go before she quit her writing dream. But, the team at Bushland Castle Productions love the fresh take on her story and looked forward to seeing more. Olivia is now a worthy squire having pushed through to complete her tale.

I am a lucky Mumma! My son made me eggs on a cloud as an early Mothers Day surprise. He nailed it this year and the presentation was above and beyond.

@heather.salterpurves_author was welcomed into Bushland Castle Productions as a Page last year and when she signed on as an Author she was Elevated to Squire. There is always something special about a cuppa that is served to your table.

Each or these books are standalone but they have an interconnecting element that you will be excited to read. This story is really close to my heart, because i wrote it. I wanted to explore the challenges of living separately from the one you have given your heart too. It is a story of longing, with a paranormal twist.
