The Full service creative consultations is part of our Author Support Platform. This collaborative approach ensures that you receive personalized guidance and expert advice on your creative journey. We want to hear your ideas and formulate a creative management plan to ensure you goals are realised. Whether you're an aspiring author or an established writer, our consultations cover everything from manuscript development to marketing strategies. Expect personalized guidance, innovative solutions and a collaborative approach to make your vision a reality. Trust us to elevate your work and bring your vision to life. There are limited positions available for the creative consultations as we want to ensure each client has all the support they need.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy (Friendly & Simple) We value your time and ours, so here’s what you need to know before booking a creative consultation: 1. Payment is required at the time of booking This secures your session and allows us to prepare properly. 2. Free cancellations or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your session Just let us know—no fees, no stress. 3. Cancellations within 24 hours A late cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost applies. 4. No-shows If you don’t attend and haven’t contacted us, the full session fee is charged. 5. Running late? We’ll wait up to 10 minutes. Please note the session will still end at the scheduled time. 6. Technical issues If we experience tech problems, we’ll reschedule or refund. If you do, we can reschedule once for free as long as you contact us before the session starts. 7. Prep materials (if needed) If we request drafts or notes, please send them at least 48 hours before your session so we can make the most of our time. 8. Respectful space We keep consultations friendly, supportive, and professional. Inappropriate behaviour may result in ending the session without a refund.
